Hello, I’m Catherine Walsh, a Funeral Celebrant based in Wigan and serving families across the North West. With a background in counselling and over two decades of experience supporting individuals through life’s most difficult moments, I bring both empathy and professionalism to every ceremony I create.

My journey to becoming a celebrant began after 24 years in private practice as an Accredited Counsellor and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I’ve always believed in the power of words, connection, and creating space for healing. Now, I use that experience to help families honour their loved ones through heartfelt, personal funeral services — whether religious, non-religious, or somewhere in between. My role is not just to lead a ceremony, but to walk beside you, offering guidance, comfort, and support when you need it most.
